Training our leaders is always a struggle.

We use what is around but we are often unable to access the higher levels of leadership training which we would like to use. So we are excited at the suggestion from one church in the UK that they will pay for us to train a pastor through one of the better theological colleges. It’s something we have longed for but so far has been out of our reach.

The key is finding the right person and we’ve begun the process of trying to find them. What a great opportunity for someone and for our mission.
