We have so much potential among our children at the school and it’s time for us to develop it. Prophet Jim writes, “This is one of those projects where the Lord spoke to me as we were watching the graduation. He made it very clear that we need to develop much of the talent we have here.”

We’re working on the costings although we can start with the minimum and then improve as we go along. It’s getting started which is so important and we want it functioning by February when we have our first Founders Day.

The plan is to develop the Performing Arts Centre at the far end of the prayer floor as it was, and beyond the computer suite. Initially we would like to start a half hour arts programme and a half hour worship time. We can develop on from there.

As usual, it’s prayer that we need, and Prophet Jim say, “But I’ve also had this idea. Let’s all ask ourselves this question – ‘What event could I run to release the potential in these children in Ghana?’ In the past we have had coffee mornings, sales, sponsored events and special giving days. We have had people asking for their friends to bless our projects rather than have birthday presents or Christmas presents. There’s such a variety.”

We are praying that we will run a series of events among ourselves, and this way we can all be part of this exciting new project. What fund raising activity will you run?
